Did you know?... Street Sensation has been selected by the British Library as "representing aspects of the UK's documentary heritage", and copies of the site are being archived for posterity. The photo shows the British Library on the Euston Road in North London.
	And also of historical interest... This is the camera that took the very first pictures for the Street Sensation website back in 1999. Amazingly clunky and slow by today's standards, and after a while it did need our green tape repair to keep the lens cover in place, but it does still work! Our earliest pictures were of Portobello Road.

Our hosting company (Yahoo) collects traffic information to the site (so we can see everything is working ok) as do the various advertisers (affiliate links) but none of the data is personally identifiable.
