Here are answers to questions about the Guide
How soon will I receive my Guide?	Your Guide will be sent to you as soon as possible after we receive your order, usually the same day. First class postage to the UK should take 1 day. Air Mail to Europe should take 2 or 3 days. We have found that delivery to other countries normally takes between 2 to 5 days.
I am short of time. Can you send the Guide to my hotel in London?	Yes. Just email us the name of your hotel after you have placed your order. (For security, the order form may require that the delivery address matches the card-holder's address)
I want to send the Guide to a friend, but the order form doesn't allow a different address.	Email us the friend's details. See above.
Can I order over the phone?	Sorry, but purchases can only be made using the order page of this website.
If I order the Guide, will I get loads of junk mail arriving in my in-box?	Absolutely not. We make a note of your contact details only for the purpose of sending you your Guide. They are not made available to anyone else.
How often is the Guide updated?	We keep the Guide as up-to-date as the website. The picture changes all the time in London which is why the Guide is so useful! We estimate that over a three month period 1 in 10 shops will be different.
Which areas do the maps cover?	The Guide includes maps of Oxford Street x2, Regent Street x1, Covent Garden x3, Carnaby x1, Bond Street x1, Soho x2, Marylebone x1, Kensington x1, Portobello x2, Knightsbridge x1, Kings Road x2, and Fulham Road x1. There is also a map of the London markets
Why have you not replied to my enquiry?	We always reply to your emails, normally the same day. If you use the contact page on the website please double check that you type in your email address correctly.
