On Regent Street, Hamley’s is found,
Where seven full floors do abound.
From the floor to the roof,
Of its greatness there's proof,
As the largest toy store to be found.
At the door, there’s a costumed display,
Where they dance in a jubilant way.
With a cheer and a shout,
As the bubbles fly out,
They beckon the children to play.
But at Christmas, the crowds are a squeeze,
Bringing parents right down to their knees.
In the past, gendered sections,
Brought some sharped-
Now it strives just to dazzle and please.
